The founder

Hey there! I'm Paola, a Colombian entrepreneur based in Miami, Florida, but here's the twist, my roots go deep into the rich coffee culture of Colombia. You see, I come from a long line of coffee producers, and I practically grew up surrounded by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the lush greenery of Colombian coffee plantations. Coffee isn't just a business for me; it's a passion that's been brewing in my family for generations. So, when you sip on our coffee, know that you're not just tasting a beverage; you're experiencing a piece of my heritage and a whole lot of love in every cup. Welcome to our coffee family.

The History

When I first launched Café Palermo 1716, it was a heartfelt homage to my father, Hernán Arenas, whose passion for coffee deeply influenced me. I envisioned our coffee as more than just beans - they're little parcels of joy, waiting to be brewed and savored in homes worldwide.

At Café Palermo 1716, we pour our hearts into every bean. From the moment they're plucked from the tree to the final packaging, we're there every step of the way, ensuring excellence at every turn. Our dedication to quality knows no bounds, and we're thrilled to share our love for coffee with fellow enthusiasts like you. So grab a cup, join us in a journey of flavor, and let's savor the moments together.

Located amidst the pictures Santander mountains of Colombia, our coffee beans are grown at elevations ranging from 1400 to 1716 meters above sea level. The lush greenery surrounding our coffee plants - including fruit trees, cocoa trees, and a diverse range of flora and fauna - imbues our beans with a unique and exquisite flavor.
